The Van Tassel - Baumann gallery and conservation workshop is located in Historic Sugartown in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Our suburban Philadelphia location is a quiet 19th century crossroads village in a rural setting with spacious parking. In our shop you will always find a great collection of antique American furniture, antique needlework samplers and related accessories.

We participate in a few shows each year. These have recently included The Chester County Historical Society Antique Show in March, The A.D.A. Historic Deerfield Antique show in October and The American Antique Show in January.

We host one or more special sales events each year at our Gallery including our popular Special Event -- "The Collectors Sale"-- in April during Antiques Week in Philadelphia. Check Events  on this site for detailed information about this event and others on our schedule.
